Box PCs

Box PCs are compact computers, mostly without a fan, which are used for control, signal processing or visualisation purposes. These systems are designed for continuous operation and are very robust.

They are more compact than 19" systems and can be used in the most varied of environments.
Many situations can be catered for, thanks to the fact that units can be for wall/ceiling mounting, freestanding or equipped with top-hat rail fittings.

Thanks to available processor performance ranging from 500 MHz to 2.53 GHz, you will find them in the most varied areas of application.

Box PCs have up to two expansion slots (PCI and PCIe). They have varying numbers of RS232/422/485 and USB interfaces. In addition, these computers offer many more options, such as RAID and Firewire.
