Our company history

Andreas Hoesli Andreas Hoesli 

1999 - Founding of INOVIS Bubikon, Switzerland by Andreas Hoesli and Reto Brügger. The company founders identified a gap in the market where integrated PCs in industry are concerned and therefore decided to take advantage of it.

2001 - Founding of the INOVIS branch office in Taipei, Taiwan as a logical expansion of the INOVIS organisation, in order to be able to improve close contacts with suppliers in that country.

2002 - Founding of ICG Industrial Computing Group AG with its head office in Zug, Switzerland, which from then on, as the parent company with a holding function, owned 100% of shares in the INOVIS Group.

2004 - The INOVIS Live Automation GmbH Austria joins the group.

2005 - Founding of INOVIS Live Automation GmbH Germany.

2006 - Thanks to the installation of the company's own assembly line, the strategy of being a value added distributor was consistently further developed.

2010 - With R&D Swisstec GmbH in Wetzikon, Switzerland, another branch with its sales offices in Carrouge VD joined the Group.
